Building support project

To induce the commercialization of newly developed new and renewable energy technologies by providing free subsidies and support for installation costs for new and renewable energy facilities, and to induce the creation and expansion of new and renewable energy markets by promoting the distribution of commercialized technologies

Subject to support

A person who wishes to install new and renewable energy facilities for the purpose of self-use in general buildings or facilities, etc., and the owner (representative in case of joint ownership) of the building register where the new and renewable energy facilities are scheduled to be installed
* Housing support projects (single-family housing, multi-family housing, residential housing), regional support projects, excluding mandatory installation)

ㅇ Building support project: All buildings and facilities except houses falling under Article 21 of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy's notice on the Support of New and Renewable Energy Facilities and buildings and facilities owned and managed by local governments falling under Article 26

Convergence Business

To contribute to the expansion of new and renewable energy supply by promoting the convergence between energy sources and the regional complex (housing, commercial, public) type project in consideration of regional characteristicsSignificantly increase the efficiency of distribution

Support within 50% of the total project cost (However, BIPV of the outer wall vertical is supported within 70%)
* Total project cost: Composed of installation costs, monitoring costs, system design costs, etc. of new and renewable energy facilities
* The unit price of equipment and support groups for each energy source are announced on the website of the New and Renewable Energy Center after the announcement

Applicable Total Floor Area	Newly constructed, extended, or reconstructed buildings with a total floor area of 1,000 square meters or more.
